Discover how history, culture, and identity intersect to shape our mental health journeys

Mental Health is Personal!

Did you know that our identities, lived experiences, and cultural backgrounds all intersect to shape how we understand and navigate mental health?

The Letters to Strangers Mental Health Video Series, inspired by our official

Youth-for-Youth Mental Health Guidebook, explores these connections to show how complex and meaningful mental health truly is.

From race and ethnicity to gender, sexuality, religion, socioeconomic status, and age, this series will dive into how different perspectives shape mental well-being.

(We've got tons of other resources too, from full-on curricula to shorter pamphlets to translated material. Check them out here!
